Job Description
Alpine Motors Corporation – Mitsubishi Carmona is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Hiring Team to recruit personnel and develop detailed job descriptions.
Your responsibilities will include organizing the recruiting process, implementing the onboarding experience, assessing candidates, and supporting employee relations. Additionally, you will facilitate performance reviews, monitor training, and ensure the effective management of compensation and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month with additional benefits like paid training and a 13th month salary.
