Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to enhance our offshore HR shared services supporting US clients across APAC/AMEA. The successful candidate will assist in managing global employee relations case management, maintain accurate HR data, and help ensure a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities: Support global employee inquiries, maintain accurate employee data, assist in program operations, and ensure consistent application of company policies.
Requirements: 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php38,00.00
