Job Description
CF Staffing Solutions is thrilled to announce a full-time opportunity for a proactive and meticulous HR Specialist. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address employee concerns and workplace challenges.
- Organize employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee the onboarding process and coordinate payroll activities.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
Compensation: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Work Schedule: Evening shift
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years of HR-related experience required.
