Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions.
- Prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records, and ensure a healthy workplace.
- Implement training and development plans.
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies organization-wide.
- Handle employees’ queries promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with labor legislation changes.
- Work directly with franchisees in a specific geographical area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Required)
