Job Description
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through various channels.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating applicants for open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ qualifications to match job requirements.
- Completing new hire paperwork and managing internship programs.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Recruiter Requirements:
- Conducting various types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with employment law and legislation.
