Job Description
Specific Responsibilities
- In-charge in the recruitment, selection, hiring, and placement activities through the conduct of campus, community, and advertised recruitment, initial screening and testing of applicants and prospective employees.
- In-charge of HRD records and filing system such as but not limited to 201 Files and Employee Data Information System.
- Assist in the processing of personnel movement and documentation such as but not limited to promotion, separation, transfer, on the job training, lay off and other labor turn over.
- Assist company implementation of personal programs and activities such as recreational, social, and other related personnel activities and services.
- Assist in other HRD programs such as safety, health, security, recreation, benefit programs and communication.
- Assist in the formulation, administration and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Attends to employee requirement and inquiries.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Location: Parañaque City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Location: Parañaque City. Relocation before starting work is required.
