Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist with expertise in Employee Relations to join our team. As an HR Specialist – Employee Relations, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring a healthy employer-employee relationship.
Your responsibilities will include handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts. You will also work closely with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote fair treatment and compliance with employment laws.
Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience handling employee relations issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
