Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role requires designing hiring plans, coordinating interviews, maintaining personnel records, supporting performance management, and advising managers on policies and benefits.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience; strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and best practices
- Must be proactive, discreet, organized, and able to work with managers and staff
