Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Specialist/HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Specialist/HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Handling employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Managing and administering employee benefits programs and ensuring legal compliance.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Managing HR information systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Providing support to employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is also required.
