Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection;
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures;
- Conducting employee performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback;
- Identifying training needs and organizing training sessions and workshops;
- Handling employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws;
- Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports as needed.
