Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant courses
- With a background in Organizational Development, company structure, job analysis, and employee productivity
- Familiar with Organizational Charts
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions
- Implement major changes in all aspects of operations
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas
