Job Description
Pasad-ya Construction Services is seeking a skilled HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding, support employee engagement, and resolve employee issues. The ideal candidate will assist in performance evaluations, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in HR administration and strong knowledge of labor laws. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR software are essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month. Day shift: Monday to Friday, with a 13th month salary.
