Responsibilities:
- Handle job postings and applicant sourcing through to onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee timekeeping.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits.
- Address performance issues promptly.
- Manage employee discipline.
- Administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1+ year HR experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.
Compensation: Starting at Php 18,00.00/month.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
