Job Description
Responsible for implementing various aspects of human resources support activities, focusing on employee relations & engagement, payroll, compensation and benefits, records management, and training and development. The goal is to create a positive work environment while ensuring efficient HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Certified Practitioner in HR or related certification preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Preferably with a Professional driver’s license
- Ability to handle confidential information, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Location: Bacolor, Pampanga
Start Date: within June 2024
Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Anniversary bonus
- Overtime pay
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
