Job Description
· Assist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
· Assess candidates’ competencies to determine whether they are a good fit for the role
· Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates
· Collaborate with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies
· Create and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
· Efficiently record, track and process all candidates from different sources and channels
· Collaborate, validate and provide update to internal partners managing referral programs
· Manage and update candidate’s expectations with accurate information
· Attends to daily/weekly/monthly call as advised by line manager (if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
