Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
- Conducting needs assessments to identify skills deficits.
- Identifying training needs through job analysis and performance appraisals.
- Orienting new hires and addressing skills deficits through tailored training.
- Monitoring staff performance and assisting with HR-related matters.
- Keeping up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years experience as an HR Specialist.
- Proven track record in boosting company growth through training.
- Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
- Strong research, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Must have a Driver’s License and know how to drive.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
