Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Development, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
