Job Description
Understanding the recruitment administration process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that KPIs are met.
Develops and retains talent to build high performing teams.
Keeps track of data about company’s Compensation and Benefit policies.
Maintains various payroll records as per process guidelines.
Collates and verify data and information required for carrying out payroll processes.
Prepares reports for internal use/ government/ compliance.
Receives and resolves payroll related queries from employees.
