Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field with equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment.
Should be knowledgeable in Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Timekeeping Management, Payroll Administration and Management, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations.
Background in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
FMCG or Manufacturing background experience is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City.
