Job Description
As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organization by managing the human resources aspect of our employees and promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee performance evaluations and provide guidance for improvement
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer benefits and compensation programs
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Conduct training and development programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
