Job Description
The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Handle employee relations, including dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of employment laws are also desired.
