Job Description
Processing of payroll for active employees including timekeeping records and related reports, attendance tracking, leave management, and changes in working schedules.
- Familiarity with HRIS
- Preparation of employee attendance reports and benefits documentation
- Management of HMO benefits changes and enrollments
- Handling statutory benefits requirements and remittances
- Performance management tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR Management or Psychology
- 1-2 years experience in timekeeping and benefits administration
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant applications
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, Christmas gift, Health insurance, Promotion
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary
