Job Description
- Review Applicants and maintain pool of qualified applicants
- Process end-to-end employment applications
- Conduct Interviews
- Maintains recruitment calendar of activities, meetings, presentations and various events. Coordinates activities with recruiters, campus contact teams, and other departments and outside agencies (headhunters).
- Proper endorsement of qualified candidate to his/her department head
- Assists in other employment activities
- Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, termination date and reason and similar information
- Maintain the HR Data Base and regularly update the personnel information.
- Provide response to general HR inquiries verbal or written.
- Assist co-HR employees with all aspects of HR functions, research and other special projects
- Take an active role in creating a safe and healthy work environment
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Office
- Other HR duties as may be assigned
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
