Job Description
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any other 4-year related course
- Strong communication skills both in written and verbal
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft applications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist with onboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR databases.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other benefits.
- Maintain compliance with all HR-related regulations and standards
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
- Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal setting.
