Job Description
Role: HR Staff
Job Description:
- Point person for all pre-employment documents and on-boarding processes for new hires
- Process government updates and statutory benefits concerns
- Admin tasks including printing company IDs, releasing Certificates of Employment, scheduling meetings
- Assisting in logistics, training preparations, and company events
- Other HR Admin-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Residing within Metro Manila
- Recent graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource Management
Working days: Monday – Friday, Saturday if necessary
Working Hours: 8 hours per day/flexible
Working Location: Science Hub Tower 3, McKinley Taguig
Contract Duration: 6 months (Subject to client absorption)
Job Types: New-Grad, Contract
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift within Taguig
Experience: Preferred 1 year in Human Resources
