Job Description
- Prepare and process new hire documentation, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Perform HR-related administrative tasks and data management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proficiency in MS Office, HR principles knowledge.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Starting from Php13,00.00 per month
- Benefits: Company events, promotion opportunities, paid training, and more.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, early, fixed, holidays, weekends.
- Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, yearly bonus.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Required for Davao City applicants.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 1 year in HR preferred.
