Job Description
Beauchè International by Conchita Inc is looking for a dedicated HR Intern to join our vibrant team. This internship provides invaluable hands-on experience in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records efficiently.
- Help organize HR events and training programs.
- Contribute to payroll and benefits management tasks.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
