Job Description
Connect the DOTs Group of Companies Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of HR functions.
- Providing clerical and administrative support.
- Compiling and updating employee records.
- Processing documentation for recruitment.
- Coordinating communication with candidates.
- Conducting initial orientation for new hires.
- Field recruitment as necessary.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of HR experience; fresh graduates welcome. Strong communication skills required.
