Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support benefits administration and handle employee queries.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Handle employee relations and provide conflict resolution support.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in special HR projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous HR role experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
