Job Description
- End to end recruitment
- Discuss job offer to qualified applicants, prepare and facilitate contracts, requirement and pre-employment orientation
- Onboarding of New Hire employees
- Maintain employee information
- Prepare and process the statutory benefits and requirements for loans, claims and reports in SS, PHIC and HDMH on a monthly basis
- Ensure compliance with the applicable government regulations
- Strict monitoring in the implementation of company guidelines and policies
- Monitoring of time keeping and leave credits
- Assist and participate in organizing company activities such as company outing, training, and events
- Administer all appropriate documentation in relation to monthly reports, filing systems, and other relevant documents
- Can do other functions as required by the head
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
