Graduate of Human Resource or any business related course
With at least 6 months experience of fieldwork and HR duties especially in delegating and monitoring daily assignments
Knowledgeable in employee compensation and benefits
Flexible and honest
Has a strong personality, initiative and active
Can work with less supervision
