Job Description
Implementation of Company’s code of conduct and discipline.
- Monitors violations/infractions.
- Observe due process, provide room for grievances.
- Ensures employee’s proper acknowledgement of notice by counseling them.
- Continuously review and study applicability of the Code of Discipline.
- Ensure industrial peace within the company by keeping channels of communication open between labor and management.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned relative to the functional area of responsibilities of the unit.
