Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Human Resource or BS Psychology
- With 6 months to 1 year work experience in HR Employee Relations
- Willing to render overtime
- Willing to be assigned in Carlmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang Calamba, City Laguna
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible to the HR&GA Assistant Supervisor for HR and General Affairs Section concerns
- Implement the Company’s Code of Discipline and conduct training related matters
- Issue Notice of Disciplinary Actions for employees
- Represent the company in HR-related activities and promote industrial peace
- Ensure open communication between labor and management
- Perform other assigned duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,500.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
