Job Description
Job Description:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
- Compile and update employee records (201 files)
- Monitor employee absences & tardiness
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database
- Address employee requests regarding HR issues and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource preferred
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Must be flexible, creative & resourceful
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Schedule: 8 hour shift
