Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or related field
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful, analytic, creative, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Minimum 6 months experience in timekeeping and recruitment
- Knowledge of DOLE processing and Payroll computation
- Willing to work extra hours and be a team player
- Location: Cabuyao Laguna Plant
Job Descriptions:
- Assist HRD Officer in timekeeping, payroll, sourcing, hiring, and trainings
- Determine manpower needs and manage pooling
- Update 201 files and manpower movement
- Prepare and post Memorandums
- Other tasks as assigned to meet company goals
