Job Description
INTAS Destination Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Staff member to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess strong HR generalist skills and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: You will engage in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, HR policies development, performance evaluations, and training support.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
