Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
- At least with 1 year experience in recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
- The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications would be highly beneficial for this role.
