Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Preferably with relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Open to project-based employment
- Willing to work onsite at Arnaiz Ave., Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative support for efficient office operations
- Schedules and assigns administrative projects
- Communicates professionally via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Supports team with organizational tasks
- Develops administrative staff through training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php610.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
