Job Description
- Sourcing and recruitment of employees by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Compile documents pertaining to personnel activities.
- Responsible for monthly remittance of government dues.
