Job Description
a) Work closely with various departments/dealer branches/warehouse, assisting in policy implementation
b) Recruit staff, develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, prepare training manuals
c) Hire new staff, set up training programs, manage staff records
d) Conduct new employee orientations, employee relations counseling, exit interviews
e) Motivate and retain talent, oversee HR administrative functions
f) Collaborate on staff performance and health and safety policies
g) Maintain records, participate in staff meetings
h) Handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, direct disciplinary procedures
i) Conduct branch visits, regulate coaching discussions
j) Train and motivate branch/office/warehouse employees
k) Organize teams for maximum sales and performance
l) Schedule visits for communication and employee check-ins
m) Handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, direct disciplinary procedures
n) Advise on pay, compensation, benefits, salary reviews, administer payroll
o) Interpret employment labor rules, deal with grievances, implement disciplinary procedures
p) Analyze training needs with departmental managers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
