Job Description
O&G Leather Manufacturing Corp. is actively seeking a motivated HR Staff to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Applicants should have at least one year of experience as an HR generalist, with preference given to those possessing knowledge in Recruitment and Compensation Benefits. Proficiency in MS Office is a valued asset.
This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of Php 14,500.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, free parking, and transportation services.
