Job Description
- Assist HR Officer in all facets of the Human Resources Department: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits, Training, and Development
- Work hand in hand with different Manpower Services Providers
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in Las Piñas
- Must be amenable to Monday to Saturday work schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,860.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
