Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement monthly performance management for employees.
- Identify poor performers and collaborate on development plans.
- Monitor probationary employee evaluations.
- Facilitate trade tests for probationary employees.
- Prepare and monitor employment contracts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Conduct employee exit interviews.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience as HR Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/HRMS.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
