Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests (SS, PAGIBIG, PHIC, BIR)
- Maintains and updates digital records of employees
- Creates job postings
- Sources applicants from various online platforms
- Screens incoming application forms
- Assists in onboarding new employees
- Conducts orientation for new employees
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management / Psychology (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1 year experience as HR Staff preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Highly computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Clear understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Exposure to Payroll and Timekeeping is an advantage
- Familiarity with HRIS and database
- Meticulous attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php14,500.00 per month
