GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.
GEMECO’s customers include: Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 55 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel – San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.
The position will provide support to the various functions of HR Department related to recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, and additional administrative functions according to the needs of the department.
Requirements:
- BS Psychology / Behavioral Science / Human Resources Development Management graduate or its equivalent
- Knowledgeable and with experience in general HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and can adapt with an existing payroll system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, with a positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
