Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Duties: Manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, organize company events, and oversee recruitment.
