Job Description
Sampo Molding and Assembly Industry Corporation is seeking an HR Staff to contribute to our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include creating a pool of candidates for the hiring department, designing recruitment advertisements, and managing recruitment materials.
You will screen applicants based on qualifications, conduct interviews, and ensure all necessary documentation is collected. The successful candidate will be expected to fill vacancies efficiently and provide feedback to the HR and General Affairs Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Experience: 1 year in Human Resources (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 12/13/2024
