Job Description
· Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
· Support the organization through restructures
· Offer counseling services to employees
· Assisting processes for the recruitment
· Perform employee background checks and verify the information
· Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits
· Collecting and analyzing employee data
· Act as a Liaison for the HR
