Job Description
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Assist with the recruitment process and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with performance management procedures and scheduling HR events.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurately follows instructions.
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate: General Trias, Cavite
Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
