Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts for Luzon operations.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract talented individuals.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and positive work culture.
- Coordinate internal employee movements for smooth transitions.
- Support HR programs and initiatives for the Luzon region.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and employee movements.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with analytical capabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
